When should we book our "6-Week Hand-off"?
While our active management begins 45 days before your "I Do's," we recommend booking as early as possible. This secures your date on our calendar and gives you immediate access to our digital planning portal to keep you organized from day one.
Do you handle the decor setup?
Yes! We oversee the professional setup of your venue and vendors, and we personally style your "finishing touches"—items like your guest book, favors, seating cards, and signage—to ensure they look exactly as you’ve imagined.
What happens if there’s a crisis on the wedding day?
That is where the "magic" happens. We act as the buffer between you and any hiccups. From a late vendor to a missing boutonniere, we handle the solution quietly and quickly so you and your families never even know there was a concern.
Are you the first to arrive and last to leave?
Absolutely. We are on-site to greet the very first delivery and we don’t depart until the final asset is packed away and your gifts are safely in your designated vehicle or suite.

Yes! Once you sign with CNY Event Collective, you have unlimited communication via email and text. We are your partners in this process, and we’re here to answer questions or provide professional advice throughout your planning journey.
